Waterfront Heritage Walk

Our signature 2.5-hour exploration covering the Historic Properties, Privateer's Wharf, and surrounding maritime architecture. Examine 12 significant structures including Georgian warehouses and Victorian commercial buildings. Learn about construction techniques, merchant histories, and the waterfront's evolution from working port to cultural district.

Architectural photography documentation

Heritage Documentation Package

Comprehensive documentation of heritage properties combining professional photography with written analysis. Each package includes exterior and interior photography, architectural description, historical research summary, and current condition notes.

Deliverables include high-resolution images, a formatted report suitable for archive or heritage application, and a brief summary document for general use. Useful for insurance purposes, heritage designation applications, or creating permanent records before renovation.

$425 CAD per property (standard residential)

Commercial properties and larger residences quoted individually. Typical turnaround: 2-3 weeks.
